Well, I got off work ay 1900 and decided with the big tide swing to hit up my new area during the outgoing tide, I like fishing the outgoing. Anyways, got there at 2030. Did not take long to find what I was looking for:

1st one of the night. This area holds nicer grade fish.

DId some more moving, checking out new spots in the new area, found another spottie that wanted his picture taken.

Made a few more moves and got a dinky 10 inch hali.

Called it a night at 2300. By the way, if anyone is fishing the nph on the balboa Penn., leave before 11 PM. Traffic sucks do to the construction before you get on the 55.

All fish on the D/S.

Sweet brutha!!! Yeah, Newport Blvd SUCKED the other night ... we wanted to launch @ 11 PM but got deplayed by side routes and crap and got on the water @ 11:30

Nice job Hesbros! You have been slaying those spotties in nph the last few nights. Thanks for the report. Good to know the bite is on. I gotta get out there..

Eddie won't even sit on the stern of my boat with his feet firmly planted on the swim step out of fear that his feet may get wet!!!!!! So I think the Tube idea is way out there!!!!!!!!

We are not sure we will be able to make the next round of the SWBA due to our summer work schedules again so good luck to you and make a move up the leader board!!!!!
