Lake hemet 25 cents a pound carp bounty in july

i just ran into mark the lake manager at walmart. he told me that he will be paying 25 cents a pound for all carp caught during the month of july. so if u want to catch a fish that is really fun and maybe get you fishing fees back. go up there. he said that they are even going to allow bow fisherman.
