View Full Version : MDR Calicos gone wild with Bucketbay and Hakaveli

My plan for today was to fish the MDR jetty. I let the homies know I was heading out just in case anybody wanted to tag along. Hakaveli convinced Bucket Bay to take the boat out so we met in MDR for some twilight action.

We did our usual trolling on our way out the harbor and had a couple hookups on the cudas

We arrive at the sculpin spot and see some pretty good marks on the fish finder but we cant get them to cooperate. After attempting to anchor on the spot and a couple drifts we decide to go look for some bass.

bass! bass! bass! It went WO from the time we got to the spot to the time we left. Just about every other cast was a hookup...Lost a lot of gulp, sinkers, and jigheads to the structure.

Only took a few pics in between hookups and having to retie.

It always sucks to have to leave the fish biting! LOL...

Most of the fish caught were of the legal kind...All released unharmed to be caught another day!

NICE report Vic, Hak, and BB......excellent bass fishing!!!!! Thanks for all the effort you put into your report vic, especially all the pics you had to download...I appreciate it.....

Man so that means bucketbays phone must have over 580 calls from hak,...in ONE DAY!!:ROFL:"yo!" yo!" fesh!" when we taking out the boat!?"..lol..jk hak...good job out there fellas, you guys put in work!
