I got home from spending a minute up north in the bay area workin my knuckles to the bone. When i got home a buddy of mine pulled up and said he had just gotten home from a 3day fishing trip and he had some steaks for me! So he throws me a bag of about 45 pounds of yellowtail all steaked up. THANKS BRUTHA! I called up some of my hungrier friends for some beer steak and yellowtail........Anyways heres whats for dinner!

Damn that really does look good!

Looks like you have a big house too considering the tonnage of your outdoor unit, or maybe it go over sized.

how did you end up cooking it???

i kept it simple salt pepper with some lemon zest and some habanero pepper ground up real fine. Spread that all over both sides. Then i did a little basting while it was cooking with a honey soy sauce and teriyaki sauce blend just to keep it juicy.

On a side note everytime i fart now it reminds me of how delicious it was!!!
