Does anyone know if the rental boats at DVL still have the fish finders? THanks

I was there last week and the bass boat I rented had a fish finder.

deluxe bass boats have the fish finder and trolling motor. the normal bass boats do not have a trolling motor or a fish finder.

good luck out there.

We had deluxe bass boat #45 and the fish finder did not work right. I read the depths all wrong, we were in the middle of the lake and it kept reading we were in 4 feet of water and 634 feet in a lot of the lake. The trolling motor was really bad too.

when you get to the dock to get your boat pick one with the wider lowrance unit. They work well. The only thing is when you go faster with the main, it'll lose bottom, when you slow down to idle it'll find it again. If that should fail, shut it off and turn it back on again.

But you need Deposit for the bass boats

Good luck out there

The "deluxe" boats the are a joke! The boats are beat to heck, the fishfinders (most of them) are useless and the trolling motors on all the boats that Ive ever been on are torn up.

If you dont have the cheese to spend on a guide then use the 130 bucks that you would have spent on a "deluxe" boat at dvl and add $20 to it and hire the BASS TAXI and go to Perris.

Just my opinion..
