A Lake Perris "regular" that tubes Perris for Bluegill and also is quite the bass fisherman that fishes from a bass boat occasionally. He has long light brown hair, around 35-40 and has the initials of M.K.. Probably a resident of Moreno Valley. Anyone know who this is? Anyone here on FNN? (No worries.. nothing bad is going on)
