Were you at Castaic Lake today????I think I saw you out there!I was in my 13' Boston Whaler with a 25 Mercury,,,If it was you,is it really fast?Mines does(34mph),and I bet my Lowe is heavier since has 2 batteries,2 6-gal. gas tanks,2 elevated platforms,and 2 livewells under seats....Lastly,how much did you pay????lol! I bet you got a lower price,,,lol,,,Congrats!

im pretty sure we have the same setup. i did not fish castaic. but will do a test day at puddingstone. time for a trip to bps???? hmmmm????
LOL,,,the only think to worry about on these boats is the transom,make sure the wood isn't too old,,,the wood on my boat was too old so it creaked and sounded bad when we were trolling!It sounded like the motor was going to fall off,,,lol,,,had to re-enforce the transom really well.....but it was most of it's life in a garage,and it was a "1 owner" boat....motor runs and sounds great,also looks brand new under the cowling!Show me them pics!
