Shore Fishing Mission Bay

Planning to shore fish Mission Bay later this week while attending a conference. Plan to hit the incoming tide early Thursday and Friday morning (5-8 am). I have plenty of plastics and Gulp! from fishing NPH but the question is WHERE.
