Solo trip to Castaic. Fished from 6:00AM to 9:30AM from the Dam. Decided to do something different, so I combined a drop shot rig with a T-rig. I thought it would be OK to lower the brake with the extra weight from the T-rig, but ended up with a big bird's nest :Angry:. Took me over 30 min. to fix the problem and lost at least a third of the spool. I ended up catching a small bass on a Brush Hog but nothing from the rod baited with anchovy.
