Well, since today was the last good poking tide before my surgery, i decided to take the pole out for another spin and go to a new spot. it was definitely a good choice, ended the day with 2 very large eels, 1 small eel, 3 cabezon all short, and 1 grass rockfish. all fish were released. no pics this time as these rocks were not a very camera friendly place. i am a little bummed since the week of my surgery has some of the best tides this month for poke poling too.
