Went to Eagle lake on wed. I caught 4 . The two biggest I kept were 2-4 and 2-12 .:Big Grin:
i go tomorrow for a few days with Tom Loe of Sierradrifters. He has lots of 50+fish days. I hope the weather holds. Will post with pics when i return. How did you fish Eagle?

Fished with orange power bait. I went again (6-3) 8 fish 2 biggest were 2-11 and 3-10 same bait. Weather was good till the afternoon.

Nice job - I love that lake!! I especially like it in the fall.
This lake is on my "to do" list. Maybe some day...

back from my trip. 2 days with 3 fishermen and Tom Loe of Sierradrifters.com and we spanked 138 fish over the two day period. 74 on day one and 64 on day 2 with a 20 inch average and big fish honors being a 25incher at about 6lbs for my brother Aaron. Will post a full report with pics to prove the truth of my report. All fish caught on fly rods still water nymphing with a variety of bugs. It was absolutely wide open and the quality of fish in lake make it one of the best trout fisheries on the world no doubt and to fish with Loe is amazing as the guy is part trout. Others were getting one or two and we had them by the boat load. More later.
