It had been almost two years since I have been to DVL (have only fished it 1/2 dozen times, all being highly successfull with bass, crapie, bluegil, striper) been a slow start of the year on other lakes so figured it was time to return.
What a great day. In total two of us hooked 16 bass and landed 10 in the boat. All were 3 lbs plus - no dinks. and several 5+.
This was the best of the bunch, 8+ lbs, (much fatter then the picture as the belly is compressed from the weight on my hand)
