Hesbros on foot nph 5/17

[HESBROS]

The wife and I took our youngest (Aaron) down to NPH Sunday morning. We arrived at 0600 to overcast skies and a light on shore breeze. We started out in my usual spot near 11th St.

I set up a Drop Shot rig for Aaron and the wife was throwing a swimmy. Aaron was having trouble casting with all the obstacles so I would cast and he did all the rest.

Aaron was the 1st to hook up.

Aaron was done fishing for a while so I decided to put one on the board. Aaron told us iy was a contest to see who catches the most.

Then Becky decided to get on the board as well.

Then we seen the "Spotted Fever" and they came by to chat. Good to see you Eric, Arthur and of course Steve! While we were chattin' Arthur hooked up a nice Spottie. Aaron Was now using a swimmy and followed Arthur's lead.

Then while we were still chattin with the boys, I looked over to see Aaron swing and hook up again. Another nice fish.

Aaron - 5 Spotties.
Beck - 1 Spottie and 1 Flattie
Dad - 2 Spotties
I may have only caught two fish, but I was still the winner seeing little Aaron out fish Mom and Dad.

Great Job Eddie! I didn't know you were just around the corner from us or I would have kicked on over and said Hi! We tubed from 18th down to about 13th and then we kicked over to the other side. Congrats to your boy and your lady too!

Well I cannot have all my friends on board at once but we can certainally stop by and say hi!

Eddie your PM seemed like you were discussed with me not taking my partner out again and you were not up for the shore trip. I am glad you changed your mind and spent some family time with Aaron and Becky!

Again it was so funny to hear the whistles and you jumping up and down and waving your arms as if I did not see you but that was my plan as I had spotted you 3 long before you saw me and wanted to suprise my guests that you were there. They just thought we were onto another spot!
