When n what time did you go? I usually fish on the Redondo pier from 9pm-430am & end up with around 50 macks. Although the last few times I've went (2&3 weeks ago) it was really slow. So I'm glad to hear that its picked up over there even though their just macks its still fun to be constanly pulling them out. Cool spot to go to & get out of the house n relax. At least I know I'll never get skunked there.

The MAC are in the harbor around the boat slips. We got to the habor around 11:00 fished until 5:00

went yak fishing for about 1hr on friday got 1mac and 1 calico bass. never made it back to the slips. need some catfish bait also. are you talking about the slips on the north end of the harbor? Basin 1 and 2??? not Basin 3 where the sport boats tie up?

I got about 50 on a Castmaster from my slip, my buddy was pulling them out with a bare hook.

Can't wait until the boneheads start showing like that!

We saw a buncha bones breezing, they are really picky right now though. We talked to the guys on the Scrambler, they said that they have caught a few. Hopefully they will start biting.
