I love catching Rainbows trout but would love the challenge to catch browns and other types as well... I am going up to the Sierras next week on Friday...

Any tips and where to go?

if your targeting browns some good places would be pleasant valley reservoir in bishop, owens river, south lake and sabrina lake.

also try convict lake, june loop, twin lakes, BP reservoir, E. walker river.

They are all over the streams below South Lake and Sabrina. Good luck.

Ive caught wild browns all over the Eastern side. Most of the streams have them from Lone Pine on up. If there is a meadow section in the stream or lots of wood and undercuts, all the better
