I've never seen this aqueduct when driving down there from Fresno. Can anyone tell me where this duct is at and where I should try dipping my line?

99 south to 119, west on 119 to duct, can't miss it,

You can find it on the 33, 119, Houngton Rd, Lokern Rd, and other areas west of the 99.
