question about a lake for kids

hey i remember hearing about a little like pay per fish lake/pond where its super easy for kids to catch fish. i have a friend at work that wants to take his kid fishing but doesnt want him to get bored and not like it you know. so if anybody knows what i am talking about that would be great if not at lest thanks for reading this !!!
