Barracuda Fiesta!

Hi all
I went with Walter in search of Barracuda
we went on a 3/4 day boatof Seaforth landing's (the San diego)

nailed limits on the jig
and Walter did pretty good too he nailed a white sea bass
a rare catch at 11 am at Coronados the juvenile was like 18 pounds
and we got the jackpot (we split the jackpot if any of us gets it)
most of the time I'm the lucky one, this time the boss was the choosen one
he was asslep, woke up, nailed the fish and went back to sleep
talk about old school confindence

Can't wait till they show at the flats along with the sandies. I like eating fresh barracuda. Got a few maintenance chores on my boat this weekend and I'll be ready.

Definitely can't wait til the Sandies and Cudas hit the flats off TJ. That should be coming within the next few weeks, right? How long does that last? Maybe 2-3 weeks?

Good job ! I'm with sansou .... when did you go ? San Diego has been the fish getter for sure !! It appears the cuda catch numbers have gone down but don't know if they are not being fished for or a particular bunch has just moved on !!
