GOT A ONE DAY BREAK IN MY WORK SO I WANTED TO HIT PYRAMID AND TRY SOME DIFFERENT SPOTS AND DIFFERENT LURES.THERE WAS HARDLY ANYBODY THERE SO I WAS OUT OF CONTROL ON THE TROLL,WORKED MANY AREAS FOR SOME MANY DINKS IT ALMOST GOT BORING,HOOKED UP A PAL THAT WAS THERE THEY WERE NOT DOING AS WELL I WAS. THE BIGGER FISH ARE ALL OVER BUT ONLY IN HOT LITTLE SCHOOLS NEAR BAIT.PUT UP A PIC OF THE SMALL UNITS THAT ARE GOING CRAZY AND THE LARGER UNITS THE ARE WARMING UP FOR ACTION,THE WATER WASNT RUNNING WHEN I GOT THERE THIS MORNING BUT IF YOURE LUCKY ENOUGH TO PICK A DAY AND IT IS THATS WHEN YOU WILL GET SOME SPAWNERS,THEY ARE STAGED IN MANY AREAS GETTING READY TO DO THERE DEAL,,,,,t/o

Just because the freezer is packed with Butt will not save the stripers.
Stripers make better tacos. Lower cost, less work.
Now all I need to do is find some 22Lb stripers! I'm going to bing
Joe to torment you as well. I don't think he has the bucks to go to the big pond this week.
That little trip went through 27 gals of gas (truck, & boat) $25 in bait, $10 to lanch.
That was just a little in shore trip. It all adds up. There is a reason I fish in lakes, and it's not because the fishing is better! It's a lot cheeper and less work but you are not likely to run into anything over eight or nine pounds. A wide open bass bites are few and far between. Hey on the big pond jet skies are not a problem, we have jig sticks.
I will be on the water somewhere on Friday.
