Lake Elsinore

Hi I'm new to FNN , I'm looking for any info re: tubing Lake Elsinore, I hav'nt been there in many years. I'm looking for good launch sites, I've heard about Perret Park, can anyone tell me how to get there, I could'nt find directions to the park on mapquest. Thanks , Marshhawk
