I was planning to play a little hooky and do some fishing untill I read the weather forecast..........
Maybe this weekend!!??

Hi TShaffer,
Thanks. Yes, Although a little frustrating to see the difference between the same lure being used and ONLY the one tipped with Squid Or Mackerel getting bit, I totally accept the consequences !! :)
Await our next trips' report,

Hi megafisher94,
Had lots of fun with my buddies and the weather was not uncomfortable or conditions bad. I understand MY problem with fishing 30~35 fathom depths so .... it's taken in stride. Dropper-loop guys fished as usual !!

Hi NY4Reels,
With the skipper working his butt off and only the guys that are fishing everyday or 'talent' getting 'consistantly' bit ........ the skunk was easy to take. I learned and practiced a little on trying to keep a plastic at the same distance from the bottom in 6-foot swells too !!
Good luck on the week-end. Should still be lite-loads. Maybe you'll get a cuda jackpot.

Hi olfishergal,
Thank you. Love your reports ....... most excellent 'feel' for the trip and great on those important details too. I know you guys get out pretty often and look forward to your next trips' report.
After catching two cuda ... first one the thrill, second one to confirm what I was doing was at least half-right .... I usually feel done for myself ..... but catch for buddies.
Sand Bass and Calico Bass ...... I could catch those all day long ... experimenting with every plastic in my boxes !! :)
Hope there is a Bass run this year.
Await your next contribution,
JapanRon
