Big bear lake trout guide needed

Does anyone know of a "good" licensed trout guide at Big Bear Lake. I have a friend who lives there, and he has a boat, but he has been struggling to catch fish. He is a very new fisherman. He has asked if I, or anyone else, may know of any guides there. He would like to hire one for a few trips.
