Can u fish castaic laggon at night and do the crappie bite can u use a boat

Yes u can fish at night but i dont know about a boat and the crappie.

No boats at night...just the east side shore open for fishing 24 hrs a day...and the only place I've seen crappie caught on the west side of the lake.

there are some reeds by the launch ramp on the east end that had crappie on them a few weeks ago, but that part of the lake closes at dark. there are reeds along the east shoreline, but it would be tough to pitch around them
