Late Goon Report 4/26

[Cowboy Hookup]

Hit up the Goon with da family at 11Am. Perfect weather. Clear and sunny in lower 70's. Water visibility clear down to 2-3'. Slow or non-existant action for the first 2 hours. Later picked up and consistently landing next 3 hours.
Caught limits of CADFG trout averaging 9-10" all on powerbait and close off the shoreline. I observed many anglers out that day targeting the same with a few on their limits. Most importantly kids caught their limits and had a blast.!! Fish On!!

Can anyone give me advice on posting the pics. because I've tried attaching the pic. and copying and pasting photobucket file with no success. I love to share pics.

Looks like allot of fun!!!! Congrats on all of the fish and a fine familly outing.

For pictures you already have Photobucket and in my opinion is the way to go. Like trash said you forgot the [IMG] on the end. When you are in Photobucket looking at your thumbs just left click in the img code box on the picture you want and it will automatically copy the proper text to the clipboard. Sometime the auto left click in this box doesn’t work so you will have to left click to highlight and then right click and hit copy. Not sure why it’s screwed up sometimes. When you post the thread you can check that everything is right in the preview post. You will see the thread as it should be posted. You can scroll down and change things if required. Even now after you have posted, you can go back in and edit the post by adding the missing [IMG] and save it with the new changes.

Thanks Cowboy, That fish was caught in the California Aqueduct in the AV area last Fall I think. The AV portion of the Duct has some Pigs in it. They are just tough to find sometimes. The Bakersfield area has some pigs as well, but definitely more Stripers and a much better chance of catching a fish although somewhat smaller on average in my opinion.
