Need Baitcasting Reel

Okay everybody, I need a baitcasting reel for a friend. He has $50 to spend mas o menos. Needs to be able to cast 1/6oz well and must be in good condition. Cash in hand for local pickup/delivery or can pay through paypal and a little extra for shipping.

Looking for:
Citica D or E
Cardiff 100 or 200(maybe bigger)
Megaforce(maybe)
Curado(I must be dreaming haha)

Okay, lets bump the budget up to $70. Pretty much decided on the Cardiff 100 on ebay for $70 NIB. If anyone has anything that can beat that, I'd be happy to hear it.
