I need a little help. Where at the duct is a good spot to fish for the stripers?

bakersfield gets the quantity for sure. while the bigger fish seem to be in AV. I have only fished it since feb....its tough ,about 15 trips i have caught 2 fish both over 7 lbs. Use google earth and check out some spots.Both mine were on the west side of the AV.
