Well i went wheelin before fishing this day...
anyone wana guess/know this lake (different perspective this day)

fish report-
got late to fish (200pm)...threw some big swimbaits at the points....had a follower, and a boil near the launch ramp. We only had 2 hours to fish, so we would make it back still in daylight...ended up calling it an early one and continued on our wheelin expedition. Saw alot of boaters this day--

id have to say silverwood...nice pic! sux the follower didnt take...i hate when that happens but its always cool to see!

yup that is Silverwood for sure Ive caught alot of fish off that buoyline.

id have to say silverwood...nice pic! sux the follower didnt take...i hate when that happens but its always cool to see! sup matt, youre the winnner! lol-z yeah man, this thing was a sold teens...i was thrwing my new triple trout, when i looked and saw a boil, then fins...was anticipating a big hit... :Wink:
yup that is Silverwood for sure Ive caught alot of fish off that buoyline. right on ghost winner 2

Did you see any of the wild boars (potbelly pigs) on your wheelie trip. Came across one on Cleghorn road a couple weeks ago.

Came across one on Cleghorn road a couple weeks ago. ya know, i heard about those wild boars...we came to a spot were one of my buddies said he's seen em before...great spot to take a shot too- noluck seeing one- did see rattle snake tho!

can see one of those boars running threw this area when empty for sure...
the rattle snake getting ready to coil up! (no prob, we were quite far away-let the camera lens do the work! haha)

Never seen that lake before in my life! But I bet if I fished it the last couple of weeks there would have been a pretty good topwater bite just before the winds started kicking up.

Thats silverwood lake. My dad worked and help built that lake back in 1969, well arond there. Its part of the feather river project. Runs to all the lakes all the way san deigo.
