My co-worker has been going there for the last couple of weekend. He catching his limit on catfish 1-3lbs and carp. No sign of bluegill yet only a couple of small ones. He using shrimp and waxworm. Water level is very low!!!!!! Good luck

13.5% capacity as of april 2009.
Haven't been in a while now, but my best guess is Frenchman's cove (a popular spot) is dry. I would rent a boat and get out to the dam area if you need deeper water. (619) 478-5473 [automated fish report]
