Just spoke with Trailblazer and Gatblood. They currently have 10 fish landed and farmed 5 to 6 more,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I was lucky enough to see them around 3 AM and witnessed GATBLOOD land a nice 4 pound fish and ended up with a 3/0 treble hook stuck all the way to the bone in his finger. Dude toughed it out.. Cut the hook off after yanking on it with pliers to no avail. He is still fishing with the hook in his finger.. Pics to come of the fish and the finger later when those two get back,,,,,,,,

Those two are on a mission,,,,,,,,,,,,

That is all!

LOL>....... Sorry to hear about the old hook in the skin, but as Gary said THERE WILL BE BLOOD... Sometimes it's not the fish. Artimus had the same thing happen to him a few months back. When he pulled the rattle trap hook out of his hand the other hook buried in even deeper than the first. I felt bad for him, but it didn't stop him either. He didn't want me to take a picture of it though. Look forward to the report. Bring it on!!

OOOOOOO KKKKKKKKKKKKKK Here it is

Final count
LOST COUNT,,,Maby 16 to 20 landed

QUITE A FEW FARMED

Met up at our workplace at 2am,,My self and Gatblood.
Fishing by 3 am

Met up with CUTBAIT as soon as we got there
The bite started kinda slow but managed a few at the 1st spot.
That,s also where Gatblood got FOUL HOOKED:Crying:,,There was no gettin that hook out so as C,B said ,,out came the dikes,,,Glen<GATBLOOD >
is a real trooper too,,LETS FISH,He says .

The 2nd spot is where it got good. We walk over the bank and spook dozens of carp that were holding a cpl feet just outside of a grateing thats along the wall,,ATLEAST WE THOUGHT THEY WERE CARP <WRONG>
They were stripes ,,ALOT,,
Every cast we hooked up for 30 min or so,,That was a real blast,,

We all caught fish.

Here,s a pic of my 2 that i kept

22 and 26 1/2 inches

Awesome report. Wow, what I wouldn't give to go out there with you guys. I need to get on some Striper BAD. The trout are really starting to get BO-RING! Hooler at me next time if you have room for one more! Thanks for sharing the fish porn.

Nice! The quantity definitely seems to go to Bako. That's a lot of fish caught for one outing. We could only dream of having that kind of quantity in the AV.

No more pain
NO EVEDENCE OF ANY HOOK PT AND BARB ANYWHERE IN HIS FINGER

And that was a BIG OLE hook.

C,BAIT,,,When we was standing over him shining the light on the hook and finger and he was working on it with those plyers,,WASNT THAT KIND OF INTENSE??WHEWWW

LOL.. When he grabbed the pliers and started yanking on it I stepped back and looked at you shine the light on it and turn your head. I think we were expecting blood spray and torn flesh.

We need to learn this TB...

Awesome....Awesome....Awesome..... Great report CB,TB & GB. I need to come and visit with you again Scott. Even when Art and I came out the first time with you, I think we caught 3 each. In the AV you would have to work a full day, many miles and alot of luck to get more than 3. That must have been so much fun having a good chance for a hook-up on almost every cast. Like a fishing show. That 26+" fish was a really good fish for the Bako. The numbers sure are there. Have you guys had that kind of fishing experience durring daylight hours? Anyhow....Congrats on a fine outing and not letting a thing like a giant trebble hook hitting your bone stop you from your mission. Thanks for the good read.

Thanks t,puma
the 2nd spot that was wide open we got to at abought 6 30 am just after daylight.

i beleave that the night bite is better only cause there are not people everywhere making tons a noise and spooking the fish.
Athhough it was already d,light when we got to that spot there was nobody else there to to spook thelm

STEALTH is absolutely crucial . and much easier to accomplish when no body else is around

any loud noise,,,any light or shadows on the water and the bite is history.

We screwd up when we spooked those fish at that 2nd spot as soon as we got there,,we probably scared off a dozen fish ,,,,LUCKILY we didnt spook thelm all

I have had 2 hooks removed from my hand using this method and have pulled a number of hooks from other guys. The only thing this guy did wrong was you're suppose to put down pressure on the shank of the hook. This pressure pushes the bard down to allow it to come out without grabbing any flesh.
Congrats on the great slay.
