Good Day at Lake Castaic

[Bad Luck]

Toady, my Grandpa and I went up to try Lake Castaic. We hit the lake around 8:00am. We Lanched off the Main Ramp to go troll Elizbeath cove for at least an hour or so and see if we could pick up any marks or at least get bit, we meter a couple marks along the cove but didnt get a bite. After we fish the cove we head on to try more coves. The 1st stop my Grandpa got bit on the Sardine but the miss the hook, there were no bite's after that. We Fished that cove for about 2 hours to see if we could get anymore bites.So its about 12:00pm we decided to end the day at the buoy line. Around 2:00 still fishing the buoy line we started catching are limit of decent size stripers. We ended the day out real good.:Smile:
