east walker help?

heading up to reno and wanted to try the east walker for a few hours. anywhere that is along the side of the road to get a quick fix before i have to work?

My only recommendation is to make sure you're barbless...and pinching the barbs down doesn't really count.

It's better to have a hook file or a dremel tool.

Most of the river is very close to the road, easily accessible. Good Luck down there, there has been alot of nice fish caught the past few days. What do you plan on using?

i'm not really sure yet. i'm only bringing a 5wt with floating line so probably just drift some midges. i don't have a whole lot of time if any to fish. its more of a hope than a for sure thing at this point

you got the right idea, and the river is very accessible even for an hours worth of fishing. Hope you get the chance too
