Sunnymead Ranch Lake

I think this may have been asked before, but does anyone know anything about this lake? It is out in Moreno Valley, north of the 60 freeway. My son is buying a house close to it and I'm curious if you can fish there, and if it even has catchable fish in it. Anybody have any info?

You have to actually own a house in the association. Nice lake and Ive heard it has some fish.
