Been a while since I fished SARL so I am kinda rusty. But I took lots of pix.

I got to the lake at 5:30am. Lots of cars in front of me. Took this pic
cause I planned on catching one that size. Couldn't catch em'.

Oh, this one is a doozie. He got this monster Saturday night fishing for
catfish using shrimp as bait w/ 20 pound test. Fought it for 40 minutes he said. Yes
it was released.

Man there's a monster lurking in the lake. I think the
staff told me there's about five of them the same size in there. Holy
smokes. Big congrats to you brother.

I got skunk but it's alright. I had a great time. Next week I will be doing
some catching at Corona Lake with some buddies. I am ready. I learned

I think I jigged the entire lake..lol... They didn't want what I was offering.
I should have tried night crawlers. That was the ticket today.....

Damm Casty i was there today as well. Sorry i missed ya bro. Had some good luck on La Palma Point today. Had to go old school to get them to strike today. Nice pics bro

Thanks for the post. I was there Thursday night, and it was slow. I managed to catch one small trout, about 12". I tried moving, fished four locations in the main lake, I just couldn't connect. It has been tough for me at SARL lately.
