i had family business,did'nt go.how big was the winning fish?were there a number of big fish? thanks for any info

me and the girlfriend went, only got 2 that were probably barely a pound, using a kastmaster, everyone else was using power worms under bobbers but i didnt have any so i was stuck watchin everyone around me pull them in left and right, little bummed but oh well. i didnt go over to the announcement area but im pretty sure i heard the winning fish was about 14 lbs, but not sure, i think there was also a 7 lb trout under that. most of the fish i seen caught were in the 1 1/2 pound to 2lb range,

i was at the derby and boy was that winning fish massive! BUT, did u know that fish was caught from SARL, then brought to the derby and then weighed in. LOL he fooled all u suckers! no joke! 500$ for being smart and all those who fished the derby got jipped LOL
