Stoped by the duct this evening on the way home from work<elk hill,s>.
1 hit just below a overcrossing,MISSED:Sad:
3 hits just below the gates
2 landed,,,1 mised
the flow has slow,d alot,,still alot of water moving though
All fish caught on the 3/4 oz sparkle trap,SLOW ROLLED,
no hits on the jerkbaits
1st fish 24 inches and just over 4 lbs

Also ran into CUTBAIT again out there ,,he showd up just before i left so im not sure how he did

Nice going TB... I've noticed the fish out of Bakersfield getting little bigger lately.. Starting to put some meat on.. Thanks for report... I was gonna hit it yesterday but didn't feel so hot... I went to bed yesterday at 6pm and just got up. It is now 10am.... Missed out on the morning bite too... LOL Oh well there's always tomorrow....
