Lake Skinner 3/31

Went to skinner from 0730 to about 1100. Fished at ramp #2. Hooked up on second cast but it got off. Texas rig robos. There were a few guys fishing for stripers next to me using anchovies. They caught 1 striper about 2 pounds. I didn't want to bother fishing for stripers. I focused on lookin for the largemouths. I fished the drop shot and split shot until I left. Only that one hook up. Does anyone know if they are spawning at Skinner. I didn't see any near ramp 2.

Ramp #2 is the last Place I would go. Go past Ramp 2 to Day use 2. Take the trail at the end of the Round parking lot and go left at the end of the trail. There is a cove with a sandy point that Holds Bass on Both sides. I have had Great luck early and late on Plastics.

The largemouth are now holding in the tules, in the east end of the lake.
