cimarron pontoon???? reviews

i just got a cimarron pontoon, but haven't used it. was gonna try it today, but was thinking of trading it for a sevylor fishmaster cuz my gf wants to fish too. Anyone have any reviews, thoughts, or pointers on the cimarron, ie trolling motor recommendations????

its a good boat, sits high and stable...
my only complaint is the seat, I prefer the plastic seats to the fabric ones...
but for the price you cant beat it.

Last year my buddy bought a cimmaron toon , we put it together and went tp the pudd , within 10 minutes the frame snapped in half ,( he weighs 240 pds ) , but it should be able to handle his size , upon my inspection I noticed alot of rust inside the tubing on the seat which is not good ,. What im saying is be careful out there and wear a pfd . Btw we bought it at Sport authority that day brand new , also returned it that same day in pieces.Just something to think about , good luck.

I used mine in salt water for years before it rusted through, I would have taken it back for sure!
And I average around 250lbs myself and never had a problem so it sounds like somebody screwed up at the factory or something.
