Phelan aquaducts

I was wondering if the phelan aquaducts have fish in them. My famiy has a house up there and I'm going this weekend to ride my quad and I've always wanted to fish it. So I thought I would try it this weekend. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Soooo...did you find anything in the water over there? Last time I was over there (Dec. or Jan) the water was sterile. No sign of life anywhere. Has it changed...are there even rings in the water from time to time?
