Does anyone know when Jenks Lake will open?

Its whenever they show up, the lake is ran by a private company, they open and close the lake at different times, you just have to go up there and see if they are there. Last year I went up there around this time and the gate was open and the guys running the place were there. The fishing is slow until they start stocking.
