Man, it was hot today at LNL. The weather, not the fishing. I went out with my cuz today, his first day there. I let him use my tube most of the day. Only managed 2 today. One 2lb, one 3+lb. Both on pink worms. The bite was very slow today. Only about ten caught all day. The bass and the gills were on the chew, pushing the trout to the deep water. I would wait for the weather to cool down before heading out. The truck stocks next week. Saw one Ca Golden get pulled out, looks like a Lightning, lots of exotics in LNL this year.
