Fear No Trout Goes Hollywood!

In case you missed it last night, FNN's very own Cory Shiozaki...aka...Fear No Trout was featured on the Ch4 news! Filmed at the recent Fred Hall Show not only was the Manzanar exhibit showcased, but Cory got some serious camera time sharing his thoughts and insight as did former internee Sets Tominta. I was lucky to get it on DVR and replay it a couple times to enjoy the segment as it was very well done.

I was really glad I had the chance to stop by the exhibit and finally meet Cory at the Fred Hall Show....be sure to swing by the Del Mar show if you missed the one in Long Beach because this exhibit is truely something you should check out. I for one will be stopping by Manzanar when I head up the 395 this Spring on my way up to the Sierras.

Thanks for creating the thread. I truly appreciate the support that you and the other members of FNN have given me over the years in wanting me to complete this very important untold story sought by the Japanese Americans internees who used to sneak out just so they could feel a brief moment of freedom through something a free man took for granted.

Is there any way you can make me a copy on DVD of this broadcast. I got the link from NBC news but I wish to make copies so I can included it in my pitch to potential Corporate sponsors.

Last year, when I first heard of Manzanar, the following day there was a "Cold Case" episode regarding an internee there.

Cory...Thats an inspiring story. I cant wait to see the documentary that you come up with. With all that these people went through it was refreshing to see that some positivity could come out of it fishing. Wish i lived closer to come check out the exibit.
