So I was roaming around at my parents house over the weekend and found the infamous banjo minnows. I can't remember the last time I used one of these (10 or so years ago?) so I decided to take em out to a local lake. Within about an hour I caught 5 or so bass and my new pb crappie. Nice day....
ohhh....and any guesses on the weight of this guy?? Thats a 6 inch banjo minnow hangin out his mouth...

solid pound and quarter, half maybe??? nice color on your fish, did you release?

yea i released it. the only fish i ever keep are catfish and trout....
everything else i throw back to catch another day :)

Im going 1.5lb plus. It dwarfs the 6" Banjo.
A classic fish caught on a classic lure!
