so ive been talking with Omar about getting a fish tank from him, so i finally made it out to his pad which just so happens to be by lake perris, called up fishindude420 on my way to see if he wanted to hit up perris with me after grabbing the tank, he was down for it. so we arrived at Omar's around 11 or so loaded up the tank that weighed 250lbs and headed to the lake our goal was to catch swimbait fish, we got to the lake to find out that they stocked that day so we were stoked we were for sure to catch swimbait fish so we threw and threw all day for no love,so we moved over to the dam around 6, i tie on the 316 THE REAL DEAL and tim is throwing the floating SPRO BBZ1 trout, my first cast lands about 3 ft off the shore and i start to slow retrieve and all you see it the toilet affect and you hear a sluuuuurp!! and my bait was gone and instant bendo i look at tim and yell im ****** on! he starts running on the rocks on the dam over to me, im screaming its big its big, tims yellin double d double d finally get it to us and she shows her face and tim lips her, well she wasnt a DD but good enough for a day of no fish she weighed in at 5lbs even. took pics and let her back to fight another day. thank you Omar for living next to perris!!

all in all a bomb day throwing swimbaits with a good buddy

Way to go DSM! I'm looking to buy a quality swimbait and was looking for suggestions. The Real Deal looks great and obviously works. Have you or anybody else here ever fished the tru-tungsten by tru-life. I saw them at Bass Pro Shops in Rancho. Open to any other suggestions/thoughts as well (hudd's, Z-plugs, etc.)
