And the bite was slow. I caught a little baby trout first drop of the morning on a powerbait salmon egg. About 15 minutes later Bekah caught her first fish ever, a nice size trout she named Scuba. That was about it for the rest of the day. A couple missed bites and lots of hiding from the wind.
I decided to do something different this report and not post the usual pics of my ugly face, old englishmen, or surly armenians, and just post pics of the cuties we fished with.
sorry, but one dude got in there.

By the way----
if you are going to Piru with anyone that needs a 1 day license, stop at the tackle shop at the bottom of the hill or get one before hand. they have been out of them for a while now.
