Anyone hitting up the narrows for the derby this weekend?
Do they stock both lakes for the event?

Ya, I'm going to try to make it over. My 7 year old says he wants to go fishing this weekend anyway. His patience will only last aobut 45 minutes though...unless there really are fish in the water. Last time I took him out we spent all day at Jess ranch poisoning the water. So at the end of the day I let him go to the anglers pond and pull out 4 fish. That redeemed the day...in 30 minutes. My hope is that some day he hooks into a real fight that makes a lifetime impression. The patience grows significantly with those events in your memory.:Wink:

Kinda late but i will be there. I will be wearing my blue ford hat.
do you know how much it costs? will be throwing plastics - jigs - and powerworms.
any good holes there you know of? plan on getting up there around 430.
