SAR 3/6 (pics)...

My bro and I decided to head up to SAR for some stream fishing on friday. Lots of fish to be had right now. I caught a good 20+ fish throughout the day, and he caught 8 or so. All were decent sized stockers. We each kept our limit of gut-hooked fish, and released the others. They were all caught on trout worms, gulp earthworms, a couple flavors of powerbait, and panther martins. Good steady action all day, good sized fighters (who were slightly finicky), and good weather. Everything was perfect, in fact it was so perfect that it actually got boring after awhile, lol. They're up there, guys. It's a bit cold, but they are stocking now. Hint: Try the lower rockier stretches, The rocks heat the water faster, and the woody areas above the interpretive area are still too cold to be stocked anyway. Good luck.
