High tide was at 7am.Yet,as you know,it is good to get
there at least two hours before any high tide time
anyway!!!
So, at 5am. I was there. Dark ,cold, but a nice high tide level all the way
up to the houses, which consequently caused me to get a little
wet, having to go around some rocks!!! But, the prospects of getting
onto some Piggies in the 1ft. waves,no weed,no rip, conds., kind of
caused me to forget about it,because the Piggy Fever kept my
attention!!! Besides that,Man!!! that water sure looks
fishy under those motion sensor lights!!! Fished for 1/1/hrs.
under those lights!!!
Pics tell the rest!!

Caught some of these

Some of these

And one of these, which surprised me,
since it was caught right by the shoreline!!!

All in all, it was a slow chew
at the BU today!!!
Got to be better In the
NVC tommorrow!!!

You did the right thing making the effort to get there before the tide---saved yourself wondering ''what if...'' WTG---- I'm heading down to Huntington Harbour tomorrow and conscript a friend who lives on the canals, has the boat, and wants to start fishing---
I just need to impart The Fever---Water's pretty chilly, though--we'll see.
