Added two more rod holders

Just added two more rod holders on the arch.
Sure looks more fishy now.

Pulled some carpet from the sides and stern of the boat.
Using epoxy primer and deck paint instead of the carpet for water proofing and easy clean up.

She should be getting wet again shortly after the Fred Hall Show.
Thats if this primer does not take three weeks to dry again :Angry:

Did you do any shark fishing in 08?

No I sure didn't. My buddy that i used to fish with got a 546 pound thresher on someone

else's boat at the trench, he said they had some 10 shark days. I spent the summer looking

for a center/console. After I got it I slayed some dodo's and yellowtails and we've been

hooping a bunch of lobsters. I did get a 2 speed tld and penn 6/0 so I can chase them this

year.

Sounds like you had a good 08 Season.
Very cool you bought a boat too.
That two speed reel sure will be nice when you hook into something really big.

I had no 08 Season.
The first I/2 of the year I was srewing around on FNN a lot.
Due too, No work because of the writers strike.
The second half of the year. Working a bunch making up for the first 1/2 of the year.
Decided not to get robbed at the pump also. 4.80 Gal.
Was cheaper to just upgrade the boat then to put gas in it.

This year, Work is slow again, Due to the Actors.
That may be a good thing.
I'm planning on making at least four, Three or four day trips at the Islands this year.
Along with the usual 15+ hr day trips. Needs to be worth getting the boat dirty.
I think I will venture out to San Clemente and Santa Barbara islands this year.
That will make up for the 08 season.

Yep!...a dodo is a dorado.

Lots of people are still fishing for TURD ROLLERS now.

lots of sandies around. hopefully the white sea bass show up when you head out to the

islands. Those BIG boats are lots too clean it's pretty cool mine flushes and cleans super

easy, it's great when i take the wife or kids they won't help. Let me know if you make a

local run.

I have a pressure washer at home. That helps a lot.
I just spray everything down also.
Usually have to spray the dust off before departure. Then the salt off after returning.
Going out for only a few hrs would seem crazy.

I will let you know when I make some local runs.
