Went yesterday (eastside lancaster) and cleaned up on some rapalas. they had some cheap rod and real combos, and fishing line too. (p-line and trilene xl mostly)
In case you havent heard they are going out of business.

walmart is great also and bass pro is haviong their spring fishing event, some great deals to be had.

Thanks for the tip! I had no clue Rite Aid had fishing items! I will have to check out the one by me and see what they have!

When I was a kid, I remember Thrifty's (rite aid) had some fishing gear. They'd have a couple combos and terminal gear, even had rooster tails and a few other lures.

It's hit and miss. Some stores carry fishing stuff and some don't. I know the one near my house does not carry any fishing stuff at all.

i haven't looked yet. that would suck if they didn't have any cheap fishing gear.
