great report ron it is a great idea to start getting some of that uv gear.I'm going to try and wear long sleeve uv blocking shirts this summer. I'm also going to get presription sunglasses, it's really hard to see after a day on the bright water

Thanks for the continued interest,

Only a few day left on the Winter Bassin' as March 1st opens the Rockfish season and the moo-moos MAY ... but not always ... be hitting Captain Nemo's realm. Different culture, different agenda !

Kinda depends on the availability of Squid and the boat loads too .... I suspect.

Whatever the case .... await your next report on your SW fishing adventures !!

Thank you much. Yes ..... when I was young ... I was invinceable !! Later, 3 marathons on week-ends for years and years in my 40's (international HHHers will know me as Sukeberyoshi and Smarter -N-S&%$) and all that !! I am now paying for that sort of bad judgement towards my health. No regrets on the fuuuuuuuuuun !!

Got new glasses recently and will now go back and have the self-same glasses UV'ed. Didn't know they could do that till I asked !!

It's great to see many younger folks taking better care of themselves .... especially their vision. Hope others follow your .... our ..... lead and make the effort...... if they haven't been doing it all along !! ha ha ha
